Our one bedroom apartment is located in the Prestigious Royal Bansko & Spa Residence Complex which opened Autumn 2009. It is located within a 5 minute walk of the gondola station passing by the Kempinski 5 Star Hotel and Spa. It is also within short walking distance to bars and restauarants with a further short walk to the old town where you will find more traditional Mehanas (restaurants) and bars.

Our Apartment is situated on the 4th floor and is tastefully decorated to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing .

• Kitchen Well appointed with full inventory and modern appliances including oven, ceramic hob, fridge. kettle, cutlery, pots & pans, plates etc are all provided. Extendable dining table which seats 6.
• Living Area Is bright, and spacious it consists of a coffee table, large rug, floor lamp to create a relaxed atmosphere, 3 seater sofabed, 2 seater sofabed both with storage boxes to store bed linen, clothes etc, each sofabed comes complete with double duvets 10.5tog. The living area also benefits from large double glazed windows offering unobstructed views to the surrounding mountains and countryside. Windows have full length & lined curtains.
• Bedroom twin beds which can easily be pushed together to make a double, each bed comes complete with 10.5tog double duvet for that extra warmth and coziness. bedside table and lamp, large chest of drawers, mirror and double glazed doors which lead out to the balcony. The double doors have full length & lined curtains.
• Bathroom Modern fully tiled bathroom, large mirror, sink and wc, large corner shower. towels are supplied.
• Balcony accessible from both the bedroom and living area. Our sunny south facing balcony is just perfect for reading and relaxing with a glass of wine or just take in the magnificent uninterrupted views of the three mountain ranges, this view is breathtaking at anytime of the year.
• Hall Floor to ceiling double wardrobe, with ample storage space.

Rental Rates in Pounds/Sterling

• All towels and bed linen are provided.
• 7 day bookings will include a mid week towel change.
• Welcome food pack can be ordered at an additional cost.
• To reserve a booking £70 non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days of confirmed reservation.
• Remaining balance to be paid eight weeks prior to holiday.
• For bookings made less than 8 weeks before departure, the full payment will be required at time of booking.
• A deposit of £100 against damage or loss is required to be paid with your final payment.  This will be returned to you as soon as we hear from our representative after their inspection.
• Payment can be made by cheque or paypal.
• You will be met on arrival by our English Representative.
