We have two apartments in the Yeti Developement next to each other. Making it ideal for larger familys
Our Apartment is located in the historic part of Bansko in the Yeti Developement and which is situated on the corner of Drama street and Mozgovica street. The building consists of 36 apartments on 5 residential floors. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool, fitness, sauna and solarium rooms for massage and relax, a snack-bar with an outdoor terrace, indoor and outdoor barbeque and parking area. Each of the apartments has a fire alarm system, security system, cable TV and internet connection. The apartments beautiful panoramic view gives you the chance to see simultaneously the three surrounding mountains Pirin, Rila and Rodopi.
Apartment Facilities
Both of our apartments are situated on the third floor, are next to each other making for convenient holidaying with friends or family. The apartments have been furnished to a higher than average standard. The wall mounted radiators in every room guarantee warmth and comfort throughout the winter months. The apartments have cable TV and an internet connection .
- Kitchen Well appointed with full inventory and modern appliances including oven, ceramic hob, chimney extractor and integrated fridge with freezer compartment. Microwave oven, kettle and toaster are also provided.
- Living Area Dining table + 4 chairs. Two seater leather sofa bed + 3 seater leather sofa bed, coffee table, storage units. A/V equipment includes LG 26" LCD TV + DVD player, Sony hifi system. The living area also benefits from a large floor to ceiling window offering unobstructed views to the surrounding mountains. Door leading to balcony.
- Double bedroom Two flush fitting single beds can be pushed together or kept separate. Large wardrobe with ample storage space, Safe deposit box. Mountain views from window and door leading to balcony.
- Bathroom Modern fully tiled bathroom, bath with overhead shower. Hair dryer and towels are supplied.
- Balcony Table and chairs + superb mountain views.
