The Studio apartment is located within the Phoenix II Holiday Complex which is a small modern development in a superb location just 5 minutes walk from the centre of the bustling town of Bansko and 8 minutes walk from the main ski gondola.

The Accommodation consists of a spacious fully furnished and equipped first floor studio apartment for 3 ,with a large balcony overlooking the Glazne river and with glorious unobstructed views of the Pirin mountains.

The Studio is ideal for 2 or 3 people, is very light and airy with a double bed and a single sofa bed in a comfortable living area. It has a well equipped kitchen and a large shower room. There is also a separate sofa in the TV area. The balcony has its own table and chairs. Towels and linen are provided.


  • Bansko's main supermarket is close to the apartment making it easy to stock up on self catering essentials and there are small shops even nearer by.
  • With a range of outdoor leisure wear and ski hire shops just a short walk away, you can easily purchase or hire anything you might need.
  • Both the bus and train station are within walking distance ensuring the apartment is easily accessible.
  • A unique feature of the apartment is the large and private balcony which offers stunning views of the ski resort, Pirin & Rila Mountain ranges and provides the perfect place to unwind, by the side of the Glasne river.
  • This apartment really does have it all, it's so close to attractions and amenities, including the old town, ice rink and ski gondola, but it's also in a quiet location. What more could you ask for?

  • Entrance Hallway - There is a combination keysafe outside the apartment door should you lose your keys.
    Kitchen - Well appointed with full inventory and modern appliances including oven and hob, chimney extractor and a fridge with freezer compartment. Microwave oven, kettle and toaster are also provided for your convenience.
  • Living Area - Very comfortable seating area, with sofa and sofa bed, cable TV and DVD player,docking station for I pod. Wall-mounted convector heater. Dining table and chairs for 4.
  • Bedroom - 0 bedrooms. This studio sleeps a maximum of 3 people with 1 x double divan bed separated away from the living area for added privacy, a sofa bed and triple wardrobe with ample shelving and hanging space.
  • Bathroom - Modern fully tiled large shower room with wall-mounted heater. Includes toilet, handbasin, vanity mirror, bathroom cabinet and towel rail. Additional pull-out wall - mounted drying rack.
  • Balcony - Large area with cafe style table and 2 chairs to take in the mountain views.
