Our Apartment is in the 4* St Ivan SPA complex which has been architecturally designed in an Alpine style in the quiet Sveti Ivan area of Bansko and boasts magnificent views from its hill-top position. The architecture of the building closely resembles that of the typical Bansko architectural style perfectly fitting into the overall look of the area. Located conveniently only 15 minutes walk from the Gondola lift station, and if you do not fancy a walk, it has its own St Ivan shuttle bus link which provides uninterrupted connection to the ski facilities and the centre of town.

Apartment Facilities
Our Apartment is situated on the fifth floor and has been furnished to a higher than average standard. The wall mounted radiators in every room guarantee warmth and comfort throughout the winter months.
- Kitchen Well appointed with full inventory and modern appliances including oven, ceramic hob, chimney extractor and fridge with freezer compartment. Microwave oven, kettle and toaster and washing machine are also provided.
- Living Area Dining table + 4 chairs. 3 seater sofa bed with a matching 2 seat chair, coffee table, storage units. A/V equipment includes TV + DVD player. The living area also benefits from a large floor to ceiling window offering unobstructed views to the surrounding mountains. Door leading to balcony.
